07-15-2005 Letter from Dr. J. Fudin to VA-Inspector General (redacted)

2000-2001 The VA-OIG corroborated with VA officials to DIVERT ATTENTION AWAY FROM PATIENT ABUSE by falsely acusing Dr. Fudin of illegally prescribing controlled substances.  In their haste they avoided reviewing this important document.

04-20-2000 VA-Inspector General persuades FBI not to investigate

08-01-1996 Fudin pleads with VA-Inspector General to investigate research violations, patient abuse, and misappropriation of research funds

06-12-1996 Fudin receives letter from NYS Department of Health, Office of Medical Misconduct, turning over the full investigation of research violations, patient abuse, and misappropriation of research funds to the VA Inspector General.  Of note, Dr. Larry Flesh, Chief of Staff at the Stratton VA (at the time) was on the NYS Committee for investigating medical misconduct.
