For the reasons presented, OSC`s "preliminary" conclusions are at odds with undisputed supporting evidence....document to be back soon.

There has been much local and national publicity surrounding his case. Press releases have been printed and aired exposing Dr. Fudin whereby he reported patient care issues, patient deaths, abuse of power by VA officials, and potential illegal accounting activities by Stratton VA officials, whereby research funds were allegedly misappropriated to cover general operating expenses resulting in bonuses for VA officials instead of enhancing patient care advances through research. Most recently, Stratton VA officials have been accused by medical staff of harassing VA employees who blow the whistle.
